Can’t recommend this company enough! I bought new dressers and needed the old ones removed from my upstairs bedroom. I made an appointment and got pricing information by phone. Day of my appointment, they texted me when they were about 20 min away. Arrived right in the middle of my appointment window (which was only 3 hours, which I really appreciate). They were quick and efficient, very respectful of my home. Gave me the final price before they started working, also a really nice policy. Overall I’m thrilled with this experience, highly recommend!! Excellent service, friendly, and fair prices. Thank you!!

Exceptional service from Action junk- from when I called to when the job was done the staff members were courteous, professional, and on the ball. Less than a 24 hour turn around for the entire job start to finish at very good prices- the person I spoke with followed up with me to ensure everything was just to our liking, and gave advice on what disposal options were available for those items that might be cheaper to pursue other routes with. Phenomenal overall.

Had a chair I needed to have hauled away. I made many calls and you had to leave a message or they didn't pick up just one idea. Anyway I got in touch with Action Junk Removal and they were able to meet my needs. Called Action Junk Removal yesterday morning hoping to set up an appointment for a future time to have some stuff in our garage removed. Received a call back from the AJR guys almost immediately. They provided me with a same-day available window, showed up on time, removed everything quickly, and I was able to pay the total (and tip!!) electronically. They were very professional and accommodating, we had a little more yard debris than they were expecting as we were clearing a empty land of tree. They helped us as best as the could and guided us on the best method of dealing with such matters in the future. We are definitely recommending and using them again in the future.

I had a loveseat removed from my apartment. The two men were courteous and careful to not scuff my walks or doors with the item. Also, I was able to have the removal the same day I called. Transparent pricing and no hassle.

I had to excavate about 200 cubic feet of dirt for a patio, but I don't have a truck. Instead of renting a truck and paying dump fees, I put all the dirt at the curb and called Seattle Junk Removal. These guys came the next day and shoveled everything into their truck. No fuss, no mess. Ended up being cheaper than doing it myself. Five stars, would junk again.
